  • School Principals
  • School Improvement Teams
  • District Leaders
  • NDREA Coaching Liaisons
  • TSI, CSI, Title I, and ND FIRST Schools
  • Any school interested in strengthening school culture through restorative practices

What to Expect
The guide will focus on four interconnected implementation areas:

These activities work together continuously to support successful and sustainable implementation.

About the Guide

Resources

Practical tools for schools and restorative practices practitioners

We develop and share tools, frameworks, and guidance that support the implementation of restorative practices. Resources are designed to help schools strengthen relationships, build community, and sustain restorative approaches over time.

School Partnerships

Support for assessment and implementation planning

We partner with schools to assess readiness, identify opportunities for growth, and support the development of implementation plans for restorative practices. Through collaboration, we help schools strengthen school culture and create supportive learning environments.

System Coordination

Aligning restorative practices with school improvement efforts

We support the development of restorative practices teams that connect directly to school improvement initiatives and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks. This alignment helps ensure consistent, sustainable implementation across schools and districts.
